Accounting Assistant/Office Assistant

Indiana Residential is a one-stop General Contracting for Realtors and Homeowners. This means when a homeowner needs anything from simple handyman repairs to work requiring licensed contractors, we provide them with one contact, and one estimate for all their residential repairs. We are a full-service licensed contractor with an expertise in completing all inspection repairs, remodeling, window restoration, roof replacement, and mold remediation/rebuild. Our team of project managers and field contractors are full time W2 employees that work for us year round.   • Assist in all aspects of daily business accounting functions
  • Assist in payroll and commission tracking and processing
  • Responsible for various forms of data entry and job coding
  • Assist with accounts receivables, accounts payables, creating reports such as profit and loss, etc.
  • Complete new tasks that arise as delegated by management
  • Identify and implement new processes to streamline flow of business
  • Misc. office management tasks such as ordering supplies, assisting walk-in customers, coordinating team meetings, etc.


  • MUST be highly detail oriented
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks enterprise and Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration preferred but not required (Equivalent relative experience in office accounting and administrative functions is valued heavily)
  • Experience with commission or payroll structures
  • Ability and readiness to learn new programs and software systems efficiently
  • Experience with data entry and job coding
  • Experience handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, creating reports such as profit and loss, etc.
  • Must be a team player, with flexibility and openness to taking on new tasks as delegated by management

Successful and growing construction services company in a niche market is seeking a Residential Construction Project Estimator/Project Manager serving the Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding area. This position will be responsible for:

  • Preparing job estimates
  • Converting estimates into customers
  • Planning and managing projects to successful completion
  • Client satisfaction, retention and follow-up
  • Salary plus commission
  • Company vehicle provided
  • No cold call sales

Must be a dynamic and proactive communicator, who competently uses written and verbal disciplines such as e-mail, MS Office, voice-mail, etc. Candidate must be dedicated, motivated and loyal. Prefer experience in the construction field or a similar position estimating jobs within the construction industry.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year

Established construction/remodeling business is seeking a Construction Field Services Professional with strong construction and residential repair skills in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Looking for candidates with previous remodeling and residential home repair experience. Skills should include carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, flooring, tile, etc.
