Director of OperationsMeet Rachel, she manages all the daily operations at Indiana Residential, and that’s no simple task. She basically handles everything behind the scenes including contractor scheduling, customer invoicing, all the day to day office management, HR and payroll, and all aspects of company financials. Basically, she’s the one that keeps everyone in line and keeps the train running each week. She works diligently with both our employees and customers, ensuring that customer service is provided at the highest level and quality is upheld while ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Rachel has a big responsibility and she takes pride in her role of making real estate transactions and home repairs as stress-free and smooth as possible for all parties involved. She doesn’t sleep until everyone is happy (not kidding)
Prior to relocating to Indiana from her hometown in Florida, she worked as the co-owner and manager of two independent car dealerships in Jacksonville, FL. She handled all aspects of business management including sales transactions, financing, product and vendor relationships, inventory acquisition, and record keeping and financials.
Rachel graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee FL. with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. When not at the office, you can find her exploring Indianapolis or entertaining her two young kids or spending time with her friends and family that live in the area.
