Tom Gibson Indiana ResidentialTom Gibson is a Project Manager and Estimator for Indiana Residential, responsible for preparing accurate and cost effective job estimates and managing projects to successful completion. From conception to completion, Tom is hands-on, on-the-job, and doing whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.   

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom’s roles have always been centered on building successful customer relationships.  He’s happy when you’re happy.  Prior to joining Indiana Residential, his specialties included insurance claims and custom construction needs, where he has worked hands on with many large loss and fire loss projects, most notably the massive restoration of the Columbus, Indiana Hospital flood in 2010. 

Gibson studied Business Management at the Kelly School of Business at IUPUI and is certified in Xactimate 28. 

When he’s not busy making everyone happy on the job, you’ll find Tom spending time with his son, camping, fishing, volunteering and attending church in Plainfield, IN where he resides. He is also a long time member of the Indianapolis Umpire Association and Fall Creek Officials Association, where he has served as a high school and college baseball and football official for 20+ years.
