Meet Chris, he is the General Manger at Indiana Residential. His core focus is delivering a quality product to his clients on-time, every time, with no hassles. Chris manages the team of project managers and all aspects of the construction process from initial planning and estimates to overseeing the contractors and timelines. With 15+ years of real estate and construction experience, Chris has the hands-on experience to back up his responsibilities. He has managed and directed the construction, property management, and sales process for hundreds of properties in the Indianapolis area. Budget planning, material procurement, staff training, multi-tasking, problem solving… it is all in his wheel-house of experience.

Kelly Latimore

Kelly Latimore

Owner/ Project Manager
Meet Kelly, he is the Co-Founder of Indiana Residential and leads the roofing division, Indiana Roofing. Mastering the world of hot asphalt and shingles, Latimore specializes in roofing repairs and replacements; ensuring a home’s resale value is at its highest. He is intimately involved in all aspects of customer relations from on-site Project Management, Fleet Management to preparing project estimates and safeguarding customer satisfaction.

Prior to forming Indiana Residential, Latimore owned and managed an investment rehab construction company that purchased, rehabbed and sold real estate properties to investors on the West Coast. His experience includes extensive hands-on knowledge of the purchasing process, construction management from beginning to end, and real estate transactions to the end investor. Kelly’s deep understanding of construction and the real estate buying and selling process helped form Indiana Residential’s innovative one-stop construction resource for real estate professionals.

CHRIS LEJEUNE II

CHRIS LEJEUNE II

Project Manager
Meet Chris, he serves as Project Manager and Construction Estimator at Indiana Residential. Chris is full of useful experience and knowledge due to his varied and extensive background which includes boat mechanic, HVAC installer, Town of Fishers building inspector and environmental technician. His role at Indiana Residential is to provide timely, accurate and detailed estimates as well as managing every aspect of the home repair and construction process from initial contact to the final project completion. Chris works to get to know his customers and their needs, plans and purchases equipment and material, organizes and oversees the contractors, and most importantly makes sure that he’s made the customer happy at the end of the day. With more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of construction and maintenance, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge from his extensive work on both residential and commercial properties. His hands-on trade work experience includes plumbing, radon mitigation, electrical contracting, carpentry, mold remediation, insulation installation, and the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Additionally, LeJeune possesses a strong knowledge of building codes as well as maintenance and mold issues in residential and commercial properties. LeJeune has built years of experience maintaining and supervising a safe and positive work environment for a team of employees, while upholding compliance with local, state, EPA and IOSHA standards.

Director of Operations
Meet Chrissy, she manages all the daily operations at Indiana Residential, and that’s no simple task. Chrissy handles everything from contractor scheduling, customer invoicing, day to day office management to overseeing HR and payroll, and many aspects of company financials. She works diligently with both our employees and customers, ensuring that customer service is provided at the highest level and quality is upheld while ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
